Tink Wig Lake a privately owned lake and is 110 acres; maximum depth is between 10 and 12 feet. Electric motors and, of course, the old fashion paddles are the only means to get your boat around. Bass, sunnies, perch, pickerel and crappies are the types of fish in the lake. We also have lots of snapping turtles and other types of wildlife that inhabit the islands in the lake.

The Association is comprised of 823 lots, 323 being homes and 500 vacant lots. The dues are $510 for a developed lot and $380 for an undeveloped lot. There are approximately 17 miles of roads, some are asphalt most are chip and tar. We have many seasonal and weekend vacation homes here in Tink Wig. Tink Wig is one of the few communities that has curbside garbage pickup. We have only a few amenities, which explains the low dues.

1-     The pool, which is open the end of June till Labor Day from 12 to 6pm daily. We do have lifeguards.

2-     The lake, ice fishing is possible when the winters get cold.

3-     The clubhouse and café. The café is open when the pool is open. There is a lunch menu and a snack menu.
